Bleh?
10:01:58PM Sunday, January 27, 2002

Bleh... that's how I feel about this website right now. Yeah, I recognize why I made sure it didn't die. Yeah, I recognize that a select few actually visit regularly looking for updates.

But there's something about me right now that's saying, "I just don't give a shit about this stupid website anymore." It's gotten boring, pointless, and most of all - well boring and pointless.

But alas, I continue to post, as I'm sure I'll be doing for a long time to come.

I rented "Barenaked In America" - the Barenaked Ladies documentary - today and some big buff black guy actually said, "If I had a million dollars, I'd give it to my people... after I make sure my stomach is full." It's now a quote in my profile (AOL Profile).

I was looking back on the original place where I posted when I first started writing stuff online. It's kind of funny looking back on that stuff... it's so not me. I've changed...

And I was in town today (Westfield) eating lunch and I saw two people from Edison, both of whom I hadn't seen for like 2 and a half years... and they both recognized me, so I guess I haven't changed that much - even though I think I look much different... and in that last paragraph I was talking mentally, anyway, as you know...

No quote of the day, just can't find anything funny enough right now.

Midterms...Midterms...Midterms...Midterms...
9:21:23PM Wednesday, January 23, 2002

Quote of the day:
Locodanny: You Villa girls...
Kster14: ...are the best ever?
Locodanny: Yeeeaahh... that's what I was going to say.
Kster14: mean

Midterms...
Midterms...
Midterms...
Midterms...
Midterms...
Midterms...
Midterms...
Midterms...
Midterms...

Actually, they aren't that bad. I've had 2 of 4 already, math and spanish and they went pretty well (I think?).
Now all I have left is Chemistry and History... both tomorrow... nice.

I've neglected you, I know. I've let you sit, anxiously, for the past week, and rot. You've been wondering where I've been. You've been longing to hear from me, this I know.

What do I have to say for myself, you ask? Life is busy...deal with it. That, and I was at my mom's house all last week and just didn't feel like updating.

So now that we've apologized, gotten through the misery, you're wondering what's going on.

For one, I had my interview for the Future Filmmakers Workshop last Saturday. It went really well, I thought I was the most dynamic and talkative of the three of us interviewed at once. I even told the story about hitting Scott Goldstein in the head with the metal bat... and they liked the way I described it. Niiice...

Midterms start tomorrow... that deserves a big eeeeek. I've studied A LOT, spend a lot of time preparing, but it still qualifies as an EEEEEK for me... especially Doc's.

I was shot down in Journalism today every time I tried to talk... We were critiquing the last paper and I guess I had a lot to say... got the sweet "Dan Lange - shut the hell up!" comments... you know you love it. I know I do.

Why will this yearbook commitment not just go away and die? It feels like I'm never going to be finished with this... first it was that week that I was up until 3 AM every night with Matt Gline, then it was still having three spreads to do, and now it's down to one spread... grrr... and they're telling me I'm going to be Editor next year... double grrrr.

Quote Of The Week (further down today...):
Locodanny: <---------- so afraid of Doc's midterm...
Peach53185: <-----------sooo confused by Doc and his tests

Over a week?
6:32:40PM Monday, January 14, 2002

Quote Of The Day:
Locodanny: okay, 13-1. numbers 13, 15, 19, 25, and 29-61 odds
ENANRIC500: are you joking?? 29-61??

So it's been a while... I figured it was time to post again, that and Shawn was bugging me to do it.

Wow, now that I've gone so long without posting, I have nothing to say...

Entenmann's?
5:55:48PM Saturday, January 5, 2002

Quote Of The Day:

OldBlue81785: which is an excellent quality for a girl to have. It's important for them to understand that no matter how long we plan to say something to them, odds are its gonna sound stupid

How good does it feel to sleep until 1 PM...? SOOOO good. Why does the quote of the day always have something said by Alex in it? I need to stop using his quotes... someone else say something funny to me!

Do I want to take AP Bio, AP Physics, AP Environmental, or Forensics? Let's make this a "Which class should Danny take?" poll... send in your choice to danny@locodanny.com!
Is it me... or does that last paragraph make me sound really stupid? Oh well...

So depsite the goodness of Benihana's food, apparently the wait is too much for my family... after 20 minutes of waiting there last night, we walked out... and ended up going to some other restaurant with a completely different type of food, which is really annoying because I got into the mood for Japanese.

Why does Shawn not post now that I gave him the opportunity? Maybe he's seeing that bugging me for so long about it just wasn't worth it? Maybe I should offer that section to someone else who would post every day? Maybe...

The camp reunion's tonight. If you go, let me know how it was. I'm sure I'll see pictures by tomorrow from Vicki to put up on the website.

Entenmann's Soft Baked Cookies are REALLY good. It looks like I spelled Entenmann's wrong, doesn't it? Well, according to the box of cookies - I didn't.

So I found out today that the program in Paris (New York Film Academy) runs from July 1st to August 11th. I think the dates are the same for the one in California... I'm still not sure which I'm going to go to. All depends on the world...

This post has gotten longer than expected, so I'll stop here.

Quote Of The Day:
"Those happening math faculty parties go late into the night!"

So I think everything's back up... for the most part at least. I'm sure random posts are missing here and there, but there's nothing I can do about that. I'm still wondering why the hell that happened?!? Whatever, I got the archives and put them up to the best of my ability.

It's the weekend... so good.
